Here are the next steps to meeting with someone from the care team. If you need help with any of the process feel free to reach out to the care team below.

step 1: schedule

Schedule your first meeting with a care team member. Our first meeting will be a time to listen to your story, what led you to reach out, your hopes for the process. Together and in prayer we will discern what the best plan for care and direction looks like for you. Clink the link below and schedule a time that works for you!

STEP 2: PREPARE

Here is a list of questions to help you prepare for our first Soul Care Meeting. Set aside some time to think and pray through these following questions to prepare yourself for the first soul care meeting. You can write them down in a journal, type them out, or just think through them ahead of time.

  • What led you to reaching out for soul care?

  • We understand the biblical story in 4 categories. How do you see these categories present in your own life? Which ones are easy to see? Which ones are hard to see?

    • Creation - the good

    • Fall - the bad, the broken

    • Redemption - God stepping into our story to heal, save, rescue, forgive, and empower

    • Restoration - Our hope for the future in Jesus making all things good

  • If you imagined Jesus sitting on the couch next to you, what would you want to ask him?

  • If you could hear Jesus say anything to you, what would you want him to say?

  • Jesus to do anything for you in this next season, what would you want him to do?

 

STEP 3: MEET & DISCERN

At your scheduled time that you booked we will meet, listen to your story, pray and create a care plan for you. Our goal is to discern together through prayer what walking faithfully with Jesus looks like for you wherever you are at and how our church might serve you in this season.
