Applying the Gospel to All of Life, together!
-
RCs are where we build meaningful relationships and grow together in the image of Jesus. Through shared rhythms, honest community, and the transformative work of the Holy Spirit, we learn to live all of life, all for Jesus.
-
RCs are vibrant, leader-facilitated gatherings in homes where people come together to build meaningful relationships, grow in faith, and be shaped into the image of Jesus. Each gathering includes a mix of shared rhythms such as:
Sharing meals
Exploring the Bible
Fun and fellowship
Prayer
Serving others
RCs are designed to create a community where people can:
Grow together: Participate in a community that desires to be shaped and formed into the image of Jesus.
Live like family: Make a relational commitment to one another so that community becomes a place of belonging, care, and support.
Go deeper: Groups are intentionally limited to 12 to 15 adults so everyone has an opportunity to contribute and meaningful relationships can develop.
Practice spiritual rhythms: Participate in intentional rhythms that help us grow in spiritual maturity and learn to live all of life, all for Jesus.
-
We pray that every RC is marked by an unwavering commitment to Jesus, to one another, and to our neighbors. Being part of an RC means committing to shared rhythms that help us grow together and live faithfully.
Commit to the RC: Aim for at least 90% participation from August through May (RCs are typically off for June and July)
Gather for worship: Regularly participate in corporate worship on Sundays
Show up for one another: Engage in the life of your RC through shared meals, prayer, service opportunities, and other rhythms of community
-
Our shared rhythms are designed to help form us into the image of Jesus through the transforming power of God's Word and the Holy Spirit.
Formation by God's Word: Engage with Scripture together
Praying with and for others: Make prayer a regular rhythm of life together
Feasting: Share meals and practice hospitality with one another
Serving: Meet the needs of one another, our church, and our city
These rhythms create space for a deeper relationship with God and with one another as we learn to live all of life, all for Jesus.
