Our Sunday Services come to life thanks to amazing volunteers just like you. Whether it’s greeting guests, serving coffee, ushering, offering prayer, preparing communion, or helping with cleanup — there’s a place for you to serve and make a difference.

Help show the love of God to the kids of our church by serving in Redemption Kids!
Just tap "Serve with Kids" below and/or show up to a Volunteer Orientation on the first Sunday of every month. Meet us in front of the Kids board in the Sanctuary Lobby after the 9am service and we'll get you started!

Redemption Tempe Youth (RTY) is a community of 6th – 12th grade students who seek to live all of life all for Jesus! Our ministry is made possible by committed volunteers who offer their time and energy to provide intentional, loving care for the youth in our community.

Our Production Team is looking for people who are excited to help serve with lighting, cameras, running Sunday services, and helping with our band.

Our Worship Band is always looking for passionate, skilled musicians who want to use their talents to glorify God and lead our church in meaningful, Spirit-led worship. Whether you’re a vocalist, guitarist, drummer, keyboardist, or play another instrument — we’d love to hear from you!

The Prayer Team exists to help communicate God’s heart to His people through faithful, Spirit-led prayer. Whether you're drawn to intercession, healing ministry, or praying with others during special events like Renewal Night, there’s a place for you to serve.

Are you passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space for our church family? We are seeking committed individuals to join our Campus Safety Team, serving in three key areas:
SECURITY – Help maintain a peaceful and secure environment by being vigilant and responding to any safety concerns
MEDICAL – Provide immediate assistance during medical situations with care and compassion
PARKING LOT DIRECTION – Be the first point of contact by guiding vehicles safely and efficiently, making everyone feel welcomed from the moment they arrive
